Home alone
So its so true I am home alone. Michael's work takes all the superintendents on a company retreat, this year they went to Canada to go fishing. So...I got to hang out with the kids. Hanging out with the kids is great fun but it does have its faults. I suppose I am a butt when Michael is gone I HATE sleeping alone, HATE it!!! I am a nervous sleeper and I am so sure that someone is going to break in and kill me! Now don't fret, I have a plan...I put Paige and Maddie in my room, The cats and dogs are left out they also sleep with us. Then I lock the door and make sure I have a great weapon by my bed. I also have my cell phone and my bedroom window open so Tracy can hear my cries for help!!! What a fantastic plan!!! So now can you see why I hate staying home alone? I'm a freak!!! And then I was thinking how unfair it is that I am the one home alone. As if I don't need a little alone time myself. What there was that girls vacation to Chicago to see Oprah. Four years ago!!! Its time for a little R&R for me too. Anyways Michael gets home tomorrow and life will be running smoothly. I do miss my man a ton and time away makes me appreciate him alot more. Well thank you all for listening to me and all of my worries.

Kate, I never thought you were the paranoid type! Well now I know. Next time Mike is out of town, give me a call! Chances are that my husband is out of town too and we could get together, with weapons nearby of course :) I am an expert a being home alone, especially at night. I did it for years.
Hey Kate! You are so funny. I am the same way to a certain extent. I check, double check, triple check every door every night. And then when Reagan's gone, I sleep with the phone and cell phone! He also has to go to Canada. His company is actually based out of Canada. It sounds like a beautiful place!
I hate when Gary is gone at night too. It's the worst. But don't you feel like your practically inviting harms way in through the open window. I watch shows like Forensic Science, FBI Files, and Cold Case Files and well a lot of the time serial rapists climb through unlocked bedroom windows. Hope I didn't just scare you even more. hehhehee.
